FAQ - DELIVERY & RETURNS

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide, using Australia Post (public postal service). Due to COVID-19 at times Australia Post may temporarily stop services to certain countries. If this occurs we will contact you and offer you other courier options.

What are the transit times?

Australia - Standard and Express service is available from Australia Post. Please visit auspost.com.au for more information on transit times to your delivery address.

International - Australia Post (public postal service) is used, there may be delays due to COVID-19. Generally packages arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I return my purchase?

We accept returns if the product is defective, please contact us and provide proof of defect to enquiries@sunzapper.com.au

Defective items include (but are not limited to):

  • Broken and/or missing parts

  • Manufacturing inconsistencies

  • Damage sustained during delivery

We will gladly refund you if your purchase is defective.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
